We are Northern Lights Coffee Roasters, and we are a small-batch air roaster. Our roaster produces from three to ten pounds per batch, which allows us to totally control the roast profile at this size. Air roasting is very unique in the state of Colorado, and it is our pleasure to debut it to the Front Range.
Whether you are from Fort Collins or outer space, our coffee will surely bring you delight in every sip.
Air roasting develops the coffee's flavor, avoiding sour acids and bitter taste, making for a delicious cup for astronauts and stargazers alike! Our beans are heated by convection without scorching or burning them, delicately creating different flavors and notes while also leaving you with a clean bean free of tar. Our fluid air electric roaster is also energy efficient without hydrogen sulfide residue left behind as in direct flame gas roasters. Coffee roasts best with love from the roasters and Mother Earth, so we are creating a happy cohesion of flavor and nature.
We are a single-origin bean supplier and are not blending our coffee. We want people to know exactly where their coffee bean is coming from so there is no hidden added undesirable beans. Every roast can be customized to any degree level.
